The data in the 2017 Study comes from survey responses from more than 600 survey participants representing more than 1000 businesses locations across the North America who participated in Home Care Pulse’s annual survey which is carried out each February. Data for the 2017 Study also comes from client and caregiver feedback and satisfaction scores Home Care Pulse collects through their Satisfaction Management Program.
